Registration
UPDATE: All of our oral presentation slots are filled, but we can accept more poster
presentations and other attendees.
Register by March 1, 2012
We anticipate a strong turn-out for this meeting based on the volume of emailed
interest, but we are limited to meeting attendance of 300. It may pay to register
early, and to make lodging reservations early as well. If you are planning to give
a presentation, you will need the title of your presentation and a 100-word abstract
to register.
Meeting Costs
Before March 1, the registration fee for the meeting is $150,
which covers lunches, snacks, and part of the cost of the venue. The optional Friday
night banquet will cost an additional $35. You will need to pay
airfare, ground transportation, and lodging costs.
After March 1, while space is available, the registration fee for
the meeting is $200, which covers lunches, snacks, and part of
the cost of the venue. The optional Friday night banquet will cost an additional
$35. You will need to pay airfare, ground transportation, and lodging
costs.
