Can I have my live organisms shipped via standard mail?
No, your live organisms need daily care and will not survive the long delay of standard mail. Therefore we send all live organisms via overnight Fed Ex.
Can I have my potted plant with monarch eggs shipped to me?
No, due to weight and logistical restrictions we cannot ship potted plants through the mail.
Can I order live organisms and instructional materials at the same time?
No, due to the two required forms of shipping orders for live organisms and instructional materials cannot be shipped together. Please place a separate order for your live organisms and instructional materials. Or, call us to place your order by phone.
Can you guarantee my order will be delivered by a certain date?
Unfortunately, with the exception of the express shipping of live organisms we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Can you send my order before you receive my check or purchase order?
No, it is our policy to wait for your form of payment before we send out your order.
